How it works

Three steps. Keep scheduling the way you do now.

Staff keep scheduling the way they already do. RemindReview handles the texting layer — reliably, quietly, and with full logs.

1

Connect Google Calendar

Staff keep scheduling exactly as they do today. RemindReview syncs events and pulls names and phone numbers when they're on the event.

2

We send smart SMS

Configurable reminders with quiet hours, confirm/cancel links, and full delivery logs. Clients reply STOP to opt out.

3

Ask for reviews (gently)

After the visit, request a Google review once. Clients can mark “already reviewed” or opt out of review texts permanently.

The message pipeline

Right message. Right time. Never spammy.

Every stage is unique per appointment. Quiet hours push sends into the next allowed window. Review texts only fire after a completed visit.

Instant

Booking confirmation

As soon as the appointment hits Google Calendar, clients get a confirm SMS.

T−48h

Early heads-up

Optional two-day reminder on the Thorough schedule. Builds awareness early.

T−24h

Day-before nudge

Confirm or cancel with one tap. Reduces same-day no-shows.

T−2h

Same-day check

Last chance to reconfirm. Staff see status on the board.

Post-visit

Review request

One thoughtful ask for a Google review — never a nag.

Reminder schedules · Smart sending

Reminders that know your regulars.

Pick how many reminders each visit gets, then let Smart sending trim the texts nobody needs. Your clients hear from you when it helps, not three times a week.

Light touch

One text on the day. For regulars and walk-in style businesses.

  • Skips 2 days
  • Skips 1 day
  • Sends Same day

Thorough

Two days out, the day before, and the day of. For long visits and new clients.

  • Sends 2 days
  • Sends 1 day
  • Sends Same day

Smart sending Smart

One switch that adjusts every client's texts to how often they come in. On by default for new clinics — nothing to set up.

  • Regulars get less. Weekly visitors only get the same-day reminder.
  • No pointless early texts. Just booked? No reminder the next morning.
  • New clients get more. A first visit gets the full set, where no-shows are most likely.
  • One reminder per day. Two visits on the same day, one set of reminders.
  • Review asks spaced out. Never a review request after every visit.
  • Fewer annoying texts
  • Less reason to reply STOP
  • Extra reminders where no-shows happen
  • More room in your 500 included segments

Missed-visit estimator

What could missed appointments be costing you?

Use your own numbers for a directional estimate. A reminder can prevent some missed visits, and an earlier cancellation can give staff time to refill the opening.

Your weekly schedule

Try an example:

Directional annual estimate

~4.0 missed or unfilled visits each week

$25,000

scheduled revenue at risk per year (50 working weeks)

$6,250potentially retained / year
50visits prevented or refilled

RemindReview is $49/month ($588/year). At $125per visit, about 1 retained appointment / month pays for it.

Estimate only—not a promise of results. Actual collections, reminder effectiveness, and whether a cancelled slot can be refilled vary by business.

Why this exists

Built for clinics that already trust their calendar.

RemindReview started with Steve, a longtime friend who runs a chiropractic clinic in Seattle. His practice already had a workflow that worked, and replacing it with another booking platform wasn't something he wanted or needed.

The gaps were simpler. Asking clients for Google reviews was easy to forget during a busy day, and manually following up on appointments took time that was better spent with clients. For people coming in regularly as part of a care plan—especially while recovering from an injury—consistent reminders also help keep their schedule on track.

Google Calendar was a happy middle ground: familiar enough to fit naturally into the way the clinic already operated, but flexible enough to automate everything around the appointment.

That became the idea behind RemindReview: keep the calendar simple, then add the useful stuff around it—confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and review requests—without forcing a business or its customers into another booking system.

It started as a solution for one clinic. It turns out a lot of appointment-based businesses have the same problem. Read the short story →
